If you’re an anxious person like me (lol) I can tell you it’s that. If you want to follow up with your health post vaccination to simply rule out any health conditions that’s fine. Think of it like this, you made the right choice by protecting yourself stress is a pain, it’ll throw you off track…you can stress about anything so you have to choose if it’s worth it. I remember I stressed about not working out (I work out regularly) so because I skipped one I thought my health was fading you get my point though? I still work out so you’ll be fine..sorry for the long read

I think it is stress. I can get anxious here and there and for the past few days I have been. I actually just went to get a little exercise done earlier and I’m pretty much good since exercise does relieve any tension. I think I will be good.
