There’s talk about suspending evictions and haulting mortgage payments etc . More than likely something will be done for property owners as well, obviously it’s known that if renters miss rent then that will effect owners smh

Offer a service to elderly/immunocompromised/paranoid people where you go pick up food/prescriptions/anything for them, decontaminate it and deliver it to them for a fee.
Until a vaccine is introduced a certain segment of society is going to have to isolate and will need someone to do these services for them.

Curious to know how this is gonna shake out because I’m a landlord and a renter so I’m hoping there’s a federal mandate as opposed to inconsistent jurisdictional relief.
