It's not going to happen because the President isn't going to do it. He's letting everyone make this up as they go along. In my state 4 days ago there were 82 cases known and now it's over 1000.

Unless you're off the grid (and nobody on The Coli is) they already control you. They know literally everything about you, and everyone you've ever known. Tax everything you own. Tax any money you make. Assign you various numbers (soc sec, etc.) that can track you anywhere you go.
