I feel like once hospitals hit their breaking point is when the death rate begins to skyrocket and then plateaus which is what we might be seeing in Italy. This virus is very contagious so this point is reached quickly if not contained.

I quickly glanced over a graph detailing Wuhans timeline showing infections and deaths and that appears to be the case

If this deduction is true then the nightmare is just beginning and NYC will be an example of what could happen across the US if we come out of quarantine too soon. Like many of us have been saying the next two weeks will be very telling. I will be staying inside and paying attention to what’s happening in New York.
