Which is, truly, business as usual.
This is a huge opportunity for workers to leverage ourselves as the lifeblood of the economy and demand more. Before the virus hit the vast majority of people were already living on the edge. Even most of the giant corporations were living paycheck to paycheck.

The more resources (food and water mostly) that people have stacked, the longer we'll be able to hold off going back to work when these dipshyts decide to open things back up rather than provide everyone UBI.
The UBI will come eventually but not until after these ghouls put millions of lives at risk in the status quo's last gasp. If you don't have any resources stashed you'll be forced to risk your life just to get food.
