In Houston its pretty slow. All hospitals i work can now screen for corona. Once we have mass testing we can isolate positives and move accordingly.

yes, and that is the issue. We just need to have mass testing and have nurses and doctors run those mass testing sites. That would be the right step towards opening the country back up.

it doesn't work like that. You can't contain a highly infectious disease simply with testing and individual isolation. There are too many asymptomatic cases who will think they are healthy and never get tested while spreading it to hundreds or thousands of others.

Man getting a test in NYC is fukkin difficult. My mom probably has it and she went to urgent care and they didn't give her a test. I called NYS healthline and they said they got to call me back for a schedule and that call back can be tomorrow or 2 weeks from now. Man wtf.
