If i look at the AJC graph - we are basically flat for 7 day average. The department of health one showing signficant decrease. I really wish I could overlay # of tests per day on these graphs to see how it may be screwed for "non-testing"

If you don't mind being upset, Frontline has a podcast that has been covering this in ways that isn't covered by most mainstream press. Particularly the more human stories behind this.

This story is depressing and infuriating. Various ways to take it in but recommend them all. The Adult Care industry is shady as hell.
