Might as well assume football is cancelled. Even if they do try and start it up, all they need is one player to test positive during the season and that shyt will be dead. Might as well not even waste the time and money starting it up because that outcome is inevitable.

So, are we shutting down again brehs? :lupe:

If the governments of these states with exploding cases don't shut things down, there will probably an unofficial one once people are shook to come outside due to all the deaths.
That's the main reason why people don't take this seriously, they don't know anyone affected.

Most of the new infection cases have been regular flu like symptoms or asymptomatic with no symptoms at all. I don't think many people are getting extremely bad cases anymore.

Where are you getting this information? Hospitalizations are increasing and ICUS are filling up in many of the states that are hotspots.

The short history has already shown that everywhere that has been hit, the death spikes come after the case spikes. I see no reason for this trend to change now after we just recorded the most cases in a single day in the country. :ld:

For the last few years I've watched people try everything they can to shyt on intellectualism and empathy. They have convinced otherwise smart and caring people to do the same. That being smart is bad, and being a SJW is somehow wrong. That their opinions and hypothetical thoughts outweigh degrees doctors have worked for, or lived realities. People are willingly and willfully playing with fire because they can. They know they are wrong, but would rather be wrong then be told what to do. Even if that saves them or fixes things. Ego's are more important than life to them. They are megalomaniac, malignant c*nts...

AUSTIN (KXAN) — Gov. Greg Abbott issued an executive order Thursday, immediately suspending elective surgeries in four of the largest counties in the state, including Travis County, a precautionary move he said should help preserve hospital capacity.

Doctors in Bexar, Dallas, Harris and Travis counties will not be able to perform surgery unless it is “medically necessary to correct a serious medical condition or to preserve the life of a patient.”

“As Texas faces a rise in COVID-19 cases, we are focused on both slowing the spread of this virus and maintaining sufficient hospital capacity for COVID-19 patients,” Abbott said. “These four counties have experienced significant increases in people being hospitalized due to COVID-19.”

you'll think i'm joking/crazy but we need mass psychedelic therapy. that's the only thing powerful enough to destroy/rearranged people's egos.
