Damn it’s like people aren’t allowed to change their opinions when they’re presented with more information.

New York has hit record lows for coronavirus-related hospitalizations, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday.
The state saw 536 people hospitalized with the bug on Sunday — a new low since Mar. 17 when the pandemic was still growing, Cuomo said during a press briefing in Manhattan.
“That is great news,” the governor said.
The number of COVID-19 patients in intensive care units dropped to 136 and the amount of people intubated was at 62 — both new lows since the height of the health crisis, Cuomo said.
The state recorded three deaths on Sunday, and there were no confirmed deaths in New York City for the second straight day.
The state conducted 51,839 coronavirus tests on Sunday and of those, 545 or 1.05 percent of them were positive, the data shows.
A total of 25,172 New Yorkers have died as a result of the contagion, according to state data.
For the life of me, I do not understand why someone would want to go to a hookah lounge during the COVID pandemic.
It’s as if we only have a very narrow idea of fun in the Black community. There’s more to life than clubbing, lounges and hookah bars.
So many outdoor activities people can be doing as opposed to standing in a spot with poor air circulation, looking like zombies. Because most people aren’t dancing or mingling at those spots. Just standing.
Exactly what I was thinking.Same souls ... Different bodies ...![]()

Going by the search results in this thread, you didn't mention PPE being part of your solution until may. If you did elsewhere so be it, but you have 38,000 posts and no one has time on a Monday morning to dig through all of that.
In April you were vehemently posting about opening things back up and you were more concerned about people making rent than thier overall health. You even went as far to call people who wanted things to remain locked down moochers for wanting people to get paid while they stayed at home. You even criticized Trudeau for doing such things. Again that was from a quick search ITT so if you fully explained yourself elsewhere then so be it.
We have working memories, don't even try to play us like that.
Edit: Also worth noting that you were pushing hard for opening back up before we even had contract tracing and adequate testing.
If you were living in the states you would also know how it took weeks back in April and May to get facemasks off of amazon. shyt was a mess. It still takes a while now albeit it's better now than then.
Hand Sanitizer wasn't even available like that. Same with Soap. But even then you were hollering for opening up
