My mom caught the virus. She’s in her 60’s has cancer and is diabetic. I’m very nervous. She got tested Friday so I imagine she’s had it since before that. So far she’s got a cough and cold like symptoms but breathing is ok as of right now.
I told her to get in touch with her cancer doctor to see if she should be in a hospital or I heard they have some kind of IV that can help. She’s been kind of resistant but she called just before at my urging and they should be getting in touch with her at some point today.

Was my only side effect. Muscle where they injected was pretty tender for a couple days.
Got my first moderna dose.
