U good nowHad 2nd dose yesterday about 12pm
Woke up with the craziest body aches, feels like I’m bruised everywhere
No other side effects so far after 24 hours

Mad reading some of the early pages of this.
I must admit I just thought "oh it's just another flu"
Boy I was wrong.
Anyway seems like light at end of tunnel, over here in UK we still on track to be fully out by June.
Gym, Barbers, Bars opening in a few weeks.
Festivals back in July

Just got my first moderna shot. A lil over a month from hugging my moms. I can’t think about it without turning into a mess man.
- A coronavirus variant first detected in the UK is deadlier than the original version of the virus.
- People infected with the strain, B.1.1.7, are 55% to 64% more likely to die from COVID-19.
- Existing vaccines seem to work against B.1.1.7, though other variants can evade vaccine-induced antibodies
You see examples of that in this very thread.

Word. A year later and somehow, folks STILL don't think shyt stinks. Although I got my 1st dose da other day, even I'm not foolish enough to believe that da vaccine is a silver bullet like some do.

Anybody going back to bars and restaurants after being fully vaccinated? I haven’t been to either since the pandemic started. I kinda want to but still scared![]()
