Not sure where you're located breh but in NYC I didn't have to show any type of medical documentation stating co-morbidities at the vaccination site I went to. They just checked for my registration ticket and ID to show my address matched the eligibility zone. If you pressed about getting the vaccine, just lie on the enrollment form

Heard it's the same in GA, I got an appt. tomorrow with the J&J vax up the street. I lied all over the questionnaire
and in the email they just say bring the code
