Seems like vaccine is our only way out because USA is not installing increased ventilation and portable air cleaning in enclosed structures. And they are not paying non essential workers to stay home.

I personally think the goverment should subsidize grocery delivery and make out of store pick up the standard because that is where alot of people congregate in grocery stores and restaurants.

Restuarants should be open for outdoors and or with opened windows and air cleaners and spacing temporarily during this potential last phase.
