I was trying to wait for one of the vaccines to be fully approved by the FDA, but my job requiring us to get vaccinated or take weekly tests by Labor Day.

Take the test every week. It's a little uncomfortable but some of them give you results the same day (I did mine Thursday). You get the PCR results in like 2-3 days (I got mine the next day). Keep wearing you mask no matter what you decide to do.

For those of you that did get vaccinated you should still get tested too every once and a while.
