Social media is exactly what im referring to.. Im talking about people who i can pick up the phone and call.. Or at least a friend of the family.. 60 actually people dying of covid under the above circumstances is heavy..

Since the data suggests that Covid is potentially over 1000 more times likely to do damage to your heart than the vaccine is, I'd say the vaccine is still a very good idea.

I think your pancreas is self-healing over time to some degree, but there can be complications. I have a good friend with pancreatitis (unknown cause but it predated Covid) and he had to get his gallbladder removed as a precautionary measure.
