How would one treat this type of pancreatic damage? I know next to nothing about the pancreas. I actually know more about mrna (pre covid).
I'm no doctor. I'm just a breh that was a biochem major for 5 semesters before switching over to computer engineering because I was a disaster in the lab
. I only got nice in lecture 
. Anyways that was in the early 2000sI never took a full on course in physiology but we did touch on the pancreas in cell bio. Knowing how the coronavirus can enter the pancreas and do some damage I'm not surprised that some people that survive covid end up walking out of the hospital with diabetes (the pancreas regulates insulin and can control blood sugar levels)
As far as treatment goes they'd have to see an endocrinologist about that (and they would probably be baffled too since this is all so new)
This exactly why there’s people who are skeptical. Everytime someone tries to talk about the side effects, people try to dismiss it, downplay it and change the subject. Bruh, just be real about it and say there are side effects
Many people, mainly the dumbasses that act like they deserve a Medal of Honor for getting the shot, will dismiss any possible side effects.
I don't wish any ill will on anyone, but if there are deadly side effects, then the ones chastising those not getting it will get no tears from me if if leave this planet early.

Pfizer/Moderna are probably the same on this issue, but it's unlikely to be a problem for you.
FWIW though, I think the evidence shows you can switch vaccines between 1st/2nd shot and actually get better protection than someone who gets the same shot both times.
