American politics is just different groups of rich, elite white competing over who will get the largest piece of the pie while the rest fight each other over crumbs. Republicans get in office, rights disappear. Liberals get in office, rights disappear. A lot of Maga got their wakeup call when Trump adamantly supported vaccines, which if they were paying attention, they would have known he pushed operation warp speed. Both sides give these divisive candidates who have the masses arguing and fighting while the rich laugh all the way to the bank.
