Tenured teachers get the most pay and new teachers don't get shyt so there's no incentive to become a teacher. When the pandemic hit the teachers who were retirement age quit or died and here we are.

That’s cause damn near anyone cause substitute teach. They easily replaceable. The most mature kid can be the substitute teacher. That’s how easy it is. And I’m talking 1st grade.
