Got the Moderna. First shot, nothing other than injection area soreness. Second shot, about 24 hours later, had the same injection area soreness, along with what I can only describe as extreme fatigue. Fortunately I work from home so I was able to go back and lay down periodically during the day. This lasted about a day and a half before I felt back to normal.

My 86 year old mother got Moderna too, and it was funny; based on both our experiences, my wife thought she would need someone to stay with her after the second shot, especially if she potentially started feeling dizzy or something. So she spent the night at my mother's. My mother didn't have not one side effect; took it like a champ... Ate that second shot like a scooby snack. Made me feel like a punk lol

Work in healthcare so I got my shot way back in December, got both Pfizer shots. I had zero side effects. I've recently been to multiple Yankee games with no mask, been to weddings, and have traveled. All my rapid tests have come back negative.
Sorry but do you really work in healthcare being that dumb? :heh:

I'm assuming you know what a vaccine is, but you decided to test if it was effective by endangering others?

For those who are Vaccinated state how your experience went with taking the vaccine. Maybe it can help some of the people who are on the fence in being vaccinated. I was on reddit and some of the experiences after the 2nd dose sound horrifying and there are some that have had good experiences.
Didn't feel shyt either time, after second dose went to San Diego and got high at the beach

A lot of assumptions, friend. I didn't start attending social events till about May. I stated that info to show that I've been living a fairly normal life since then and have had zero positive tests thus far. Everyone at every large social event I've attended, such as the weddings, was also vaccinated.

As for going to ball games in a large open stadium maskless - you may want to brush up on CDC guidelines for vaccinated individuals; you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Still wearing my mask on public transit and such; I'm not THAT crazy.

I got the Pfizer shots back in June. My arm felt sore after each shot but that’s about it. I didn’t have any severe symptoms like fever and nausea.

I'm just saying getting vaccinated and going in large crowds, even if every single one of them is vaccinated is backwards. Especially if they're thinking like you and are all maskless

It's cool your tests were negative but what about others:francis:

The person who vaccinated me told me that the vaccine isn't causing the arm/shoulder pain. It's just the needle.

Nothing after my first shot even though I could feel it work during the night.

2nd pfizer shot on monday. Headaches. A little tired on tuesday morning and slight headache the afternoon. Felt normal wednesday through the day until the evening when the headache came back.
