20-story hotel, retail and plaza, offices for the team, suites and private club, and 12,000 seat indoor facility that they partnered with the City of Frisco and Frisco Independent School district. Frisco did the same with FC Dallas Toyota Stadium, so they play their high school games at FC Dallas, the Star and Frisco Memorial. That means this is the worst stadium in their school district
