Lotta white QBs and some black brehs like Russ Wilson have that baseball background which can help with throwing and learning mechanics in general even though throwing a football and baseball are a bit different.

Most super athletic brehs play hoops, football and track in school. Good for aspiring wide receivers but maybe not as good for quarterbacks.

There's one random aspect of Moon that I noticed after visiting the NFL Experience when Super Bowl XLV was in Dallas. They did a cast of his hand, and it was literally the exact same size as mine (9 inches from thumb to pinky and about 7.5 to 7.75 inches from wrist to tip of middle finger).

Dudes like Jim Kelly and Troy Aikman had those hand prints but their's were much larger. Moon threw a great football in all weather conditions with hands that wouldn't have the easiest time gripping a slippery NFL-regulation ball. Crazy grip strength from that breh.
