Coworker cac "urbanizing" interactions

do not confront him, that's the last thing you want to do. cacs blow everything out of proportion and they love to go to HR and make shyt up about black workers being "hostile" and "aggressive".

like others have stated, if he's gonna try to be "urban" around you, do your best cac impersonation around him. be super happy to see him but in the caciest way possible

I had a coworker do this to me. Just talk as CAC like as possible.

They will feel stupid after a while. Rightfully so.

There's always one cac on this fukk shyt at any job, especially when there aren't many black people in the company. I just looked at the last person when they did for like 10 sec so they could see my face and moved on quickly. Fast forward, that old man knew what was up and cut that shyt out.

That fukk shyt pissed me off all through school then at work they try and play like were friend and enrcourage c00ns

Keep looking man, something will open up. I just applied tbh, they contacted me and after 2 interviews I'm in. No previous internship and zero accounting experience. Granted I am just doing internal accting as "staff accountant", money's ehh. I'm already running outa shyt to do, guess they're slow to give me anything complicated at all. Just data entry for the most part, at times I think I'm going too fast

Just trying to knock them unrelated jobs down off the resume, learn this SAP, and who knows where I'll end up. Still plan to sit for CPA

listen brother, be a strong black man and tell your co worker that if he can't say good morning to you with being racially offensive, then you he does not have your permission to greet you.

Ask him about it in a public forum...like if he does it in the office in front of people just ask him why he always uses slang terms to great you like everyone else. Put him on the spot in front of people to explain himself...

Be careful about going to your manager straight up because all the dude has to say is that he doesn't do it and now it turns into a he said vs he said and that is going to end poorly for you as the new guy...
