I know an innocent but dim girl who is just getting into MLM. No qualifications to talk of, no prospects in a tight job market. Single mom telling me that she wants to build her own business. Telling me that it is not selling. I could tell that she had already been prepped to ignore 'negative' people who will try and talk her out of achieving her dreams. I just told her to do more than one thing at once AND to watch out for people and companies that try to define reality by redefining terms and/or by reallocating labels. I pointed out that with companies like google etc you are the product and the advertisers are the customers. Google will never tell you that and many companies will switch language up like that to obscure what is actually going on.
She is too far gone to just tell her she shouldn't do it.
