Iverson was better.
Iverson was less efficient than Rose and was surrounded by defensive role players, had a great defensive coach and succeeded when the east was at its weakest.
Iverson was better.
They lost to a Sixers team that took the Celtics to 7 games. They lost Noah in game 3 and Deng had a wrist injury. They weren't just without a healthy Rose.If anybody doesn't understand the game - it's you.
Rose was 2nd in clutch scoring in 10/11: Sortable NBA Player Clutch stats. He carried the team over the latter stages of games when nobody else had the ability to. His low FG% in certain games was mostly reflective of him not getting calls in the paint + taking halfcourt shots at the end of quarters + being the only player that could create his own shot and was relied upon to get the Bulls outta scoring droughts. It was less Rose running down the floor and jacking up shots for the fukk of it and more Rose HAVING to take those shots because nobody else could create for themselves.
The following season when Rose was out:
Then we saw what happened to the Bulls in the 1st round against an 8th seed, after Rose was injured - they lost 4-1. If Rose was healthy since the start of the season, the Bulls would be extremely close to Miami's record.
Both are overrated.Iverson was less efficient than Rose and was surrounded by defensive role players, had a great defensive coach and succeeded when the east was at its weakest.

Yeah, but I watched a lot of those games on youtube and on tape.

nikka please...tell the truth, did you ever with your OWN eyes see Isiah play...I'll wait.
Folks got that ESPN "everyone now is better mentalitiy". There ain't NO WAY I'm taking CP3 over the man that led teams both in the NCAA and NBA to championships. You can post stats all you want to claim CP3 is better statistically, but Zeke's ships speak volumes. He was the Pistons ringleader.
exactly...I bet Chris Paul wouldn't say he's better than Zeke...these new nikkas just hate everything that's before their time.
Get off his nuts? I simply posted an article, breh breh. Why you so mad?
And who is getting the best of him? I just posted all the H2H stats that say otherwise. You're talking out your ass right now. Nothing you say can be backed up by anything.
Derrick Rose has barely played 4 years in the league and these clowns looking for someone to list all the established HOF'ers hes 'better' then.
You fukkboys sound like 13 year old children with zero perspective of the questions youre even asking.
This bytch @god shamgod goes running from me everytime I quote him.![]()
You fakkit trolls dont even deserve a response moving forward.
and dont quote me fakkit, NOT RESPONDING

Chris Paul 2007-08 Game Log | Basketball-Reference.comthis year alone:
outplayed by westbrook in both matchups-VDN had to matt barnes on him and hide cp3 on durant.
lit up lawson this year.
got his ass bust by parker. smh at 4 points.
rose dropped 29/16 on his head.
hasn't even outplayed mike fukking conley.
was outplayed by billups in his supposed "prime" 4 years ago.
his best playoff series was against derek fisher's corpse.
one of the most overrated players ever.
thomas would bust this nikkas ass.

You can bring up whatever stats you want, but Rose wasn't more valuable than Dwight, Dirk or Lebron.

Rose is the worst MVP ever. Wasn't even top 5 that year.

Rose wasn't top 5. The same media that voted him as the MVP ranked him as the 8th best player 5 months later.
Bulls probably would've swept the Sixers with Rose. The only reason the Sixers managed to stretch that series to 7 games is because Rondo didn't have the ability to close games (due to the decline of Pierce) + he ran the offense inefficiently. It really had nothing to do with the quality of the Sixers.
Rose was more valuable than:
Lebron who had a 25+ PPG scorer on his team, in Wade who was arguably a top 3 player, to juggle offensive responsibilities/loads with. The Bulls offense started and ended with Rose, the Heats offense didn't start and end with Lebron. Dwight certainly had a case, but the difference in records and ability to take over late in games/ability to create team offense - put Rose over the edge. And Dirk had no case.
You the same clown that said:
