You could easily just wait for them to buy the pipes and then follow them to the dealers house. You know smokers aint the smartest folks so when they buy the pipe they are usually on their way to the dealer.
They dont want to end the cycle though. Only profit from it themselves.
I lived in Hempstead a bit and area surrounding Hofstra was kinda rough but then you have places like Garden City that look amazing for a a small town like a few miles away.
