Just realized Nfl 94 on Sega had formation shifts, motion, option routes, player specific play calling, team specific playbooks offense and defense, multiple seasons, multiple cameras, different passing modes...

:mindblown: Way ahead of its time

:camby:Madden been behind for 20 years

Sega has always been ahead of its time only to watch others reap the benefits

Going on a decade since I purchase a Madden game (Madden 06 @ launch for the xbox 360) and I have no interest in ending my personal streak :blessed:. Once I removed this game from my 'yearly must buys', it became easier and easier to skip with each year.....

Just looking at some of the gameplay, I can tell it's the same ole same ole garbage from yesteryear and the only exercise I want to do is in the gym - Not of futility with a stale ass football game.

If I ever do decide to buy a Maddening game, which I don't anticipate in the foreseeable future, I'll make sure to get it used and I will not pay for any of add-ons or DLC.
