@BeeCityRoller I once had this ghetto ass dude try and bring down my $100 ipod touch offer(a fair price)

all the way down to $45. :comeon: dude kept going on about how he wanted to get his girl something nice for christmas and to help him out :childplease:

Good thing my idea in a couple days of putting up an ad pretending im a Thai girl from Pattya selling sex and to make a deposit is going to work when most likely a fat white guy who is a simp will be dumb enough to make the deposit

The World, but from BK
I've had good luck on it. Got my canon dslr last year from a dude on there...turned out he did trade shows for Canon and only used the camera 4 times. The cam was close to a $950 in stores...I got it for $600 and he threw in 2 lenses. He had a lot of camera gear laying around. Nice spot too, he lived right across from Centra Park It's been a good investment since. I also got my bed fram from someone off of Craigslist. It's like $200 at Ikea, i got it for $50, though the cl ad was at $100, I talked the chik down and gave her a bottle of $6 wine. She was cute too.

Cl has been good to me.

I sold my Canon Rebel on there a year ago when I upgraded. Sold it to this white couple who were buying it for their daughter. Was a cool transaction, they even hit me up to take some photos for them a couple of months after.

Going to sell my current camera too in late April when I upgrade.

i always find good deals, but i can never find anyone to buy my shyt *and i price it good*

how?

I had two white kids drive all the way across town from the rich suburbs to my old spot to pick up a big ass TV I was selling. and they had to carry that big tv down the block by themselves to their car too.

last thing I sold was my old iphone 4s 16GB for $250 after the home button broke (I had it fixed).

then I copped a new iphone 4s 32GB for $250 right before selling the 16GB.

Insignificant posting from an insignificant poster
Sold a Casio keyboard from the 80's my dad handed me down from his band days...

Buyer showed up with his stonewashed denim and bi-level mullet (he was like the Uncle Rico of rap).

Dude didn't bother to negotiate - he was just happy to get a piece of nostalgic retro music equipment.

*pretends the keys on his piano tie actually have melodies*

Bought and sold a lot of different things. Every time I've bought something new/used it worked out and I got it for less than I'd pay doing it through a store. Have an easy time selling my stuff too, even though it did take months for someone to bite on these AT&T modems I had sitting on there. No bad experiences outside of people wanting to meet up then flaking and wanting to trade for bullshyt I have no interest in.

Would never buy cell phones, any electronics, or a car off of there. Always make them pickup and I usually get them to deliver to me.

I havent really bought anything off CL but Ive sold my Macbook, 3 Macbook Pros, phones, GPS, Netbook, T-80 sth calculator, TVs, furniture and a bunch of other shyt on CL. I even found my current housekeeper on there. The experience has been mostly good. One time I had this Ethiopian dude try to get me to come inside and have some wine.

He called me like a few times after and I was like who? And hung up. I use my Google Voice number and an email specifically for CL.

They called almost half an hour ago to low ball and ask for $30 less of what i was selling :beli:

I was selling for 130 and he asked if i can do 100 and i said i can do 120 only.

I hate until the wait the DAY Of to all of a sudden mention the price and low ball :snoop:

We agreed and then the dude asked me to send me his address(text) . now i did not think this dude literally think i would send my actual address and thought he was figurately speaking like most people on CL and asking to meet nearby.

i give him the address of some friendlys ice cream store, he tells me his gps says 30 minutes and that he will call when near....

then the dude starts going into about how its okay if he checks if the tv is working when he is there .....

im thinking what the fukk is this guy talking about, and i ask him if he means he has one of those cars with that style of connection( im not an expert on cars btw)

he says "i don't understand"

i then remind the guy that if he remembers i told him the address was to a friendlys ice cream store, and he said yeah i remember ....

"Can you ask for your friend if we can come in the store and so i can check to see if it is working"

This dude really must expect people on CL to give out their actual address

:smh:

Even if i had given the address to an electronics store, even they would not let some random two customers come in out the blue to plug in a TV.

These Minorities nowadays man..........

I've had some good luck on craigslist. Much better than feebay. It just takes longer to sell on craigslist.

I sold some rep jordans, rep fitted cap, tons of car parts, and so on. That's where I get my car parts as well.

But there are some low ballers and idiots who don't read the description correctly.

Thinking you got a sale and then to get that same person playing games is such a short span is a :fire: feeling.

only reason why i don't deal with the actual stores is because one time this store manager in a game store offered me $7 for an old school nintendo 64 :comeon:

:childplease: @ some of these stories- smarten up nas

ive been eating off craigslist...

1. before agreeing to meet up somewhere, always ask "so we agree on the price right? i dont wana show up and negotiate"... ive never had a wigger try and haggle me for price after i said this

2. when selling high priced items (such as when i was raping men for the concords in 2011), always meet somewhere secure. most times starbucks work. but do it inside the store not in the parking lot. i personally preferred to meet up at the police station (inside). i even went to the county courthouse once to meet this dude, passed the metal detectors and everything. 100% safe, cops everywhere, u get your 500$ cash and walk out like a champion

3. use tags

theres more but i dont wana share those because i dont want ppl doin them to me :lolbron:
