Boxing is a business first, sport second. Most people who are really into the sport pretty much have to be interested in the business side of things. That’s really just the way it is. It’s prize fighting.

I’m a fan of boxing as an art - could care less about the business. I want to see the best fights, not gossip like a woman about who gets the most money or has the most fans.

I don't see why Crawford would do that when he's making over 5 mil to fight guys like jeff horn and Amir khan. That's more than spence and porter made combined saturday night. And he's already ranked above spence on most pound for pound lists while fighting average competition. Dude got it fukkin made at top rank......and plus he knows spence gotta fight him eventually if he really wants to be considered the best

I think ESPN and fox will come together to make it happen. There's too much money not to.

No different than AJ vs Wilder for the last couple years, even tho AJ was probably making more than Wilder, Spence, and Crawford combined, to just fight whoever in the UK. Of course after what Ruiz did, we'll see what happens if AJ wins his belts back.

Spence can be comfortable just fighting his merry-go-around of PBC comp and Crawford can be comfortable fighting whoever those guys are, but both know their defining fight is vs each other.
