Why not?
So she just hopped into someones rental without permission and purposely wrecked it and dude can't do anything about it?
Somehow that doesn't seem like real life
By the way the dude he reacted, he didn't take the companies full insurance coverage which is around $25 per a day. It doesn't matter who and how the car was fukked up, his name is on the contract and they have all of his info just for reasons like these. If he took full coverage, he'd be off the hook.
He can definitely take her to court and try to get a judgement on her.
Something similar happened at my job yesterday, these 2 broads fukked up a room they were staying in while the person who rented the room was away. Even tho we know the 2 trashy broads did it, we are charging the rooms owner since he is the one we went in agreement with over the room plus having all his info on file.
