not me. I have never owned an SUV in my life.

there's was ever only 4 people in my family max, and there was never an issue getting the 4 of us in a regular car.

SUV's have worse fuel economy and cost significantly more. auto manufacturers love them because they have a much higher profit margin than a regular sedan.

I don't see myself ever getting an SUV personally.

Biggest regret ever was getting one. It just fills up with junk. I'm going back down to a sedan or EV this fall.

my brother in law bought the ford maverick, which was under 30K, and he gets 65mpg with that bad boy. I'd consider a truck like that however.
I feel like I would get so much use out of a pickup, rather it’s for work or other extracurricular activities

North Jersey but I miss Cali :sadcam:
People who say it’s for room are full of shyt. Everyone has been conditioned to consume. Buying shyt they don’t need which eventually becomes junk. A coworker is paying $1100 a month for a ford raptor and he uses it to commute to work. That’s it. One kid and his wife has car note on a Bronco. Everything in this country is done in excess.

I’m going camping this weekend. This shyt won’t fit in my car but it does fit in my wife’s SUV.

I just need a big sedan. Tell someone else too wagon the load/pick shyt up if I need something heavy to be taken to a location.

I don’t work in construction so I can see someone may need it day-to-day.

For 99% of realistic tasks, if I/we need an SUV then we’re overpacking. For that 1% then we’ll rent an SUV, but don’t got to deal with the hassle managing it for 360+ days.
