any moron can become a police officer, they ain't avengers. and in a life or death situation, fear takes over for most people and they don't always react how you'd expect them to react. shyt, you can even be playing a teambased video game and dudes will do stupid shyt when they're close to 'death.' imagine how much worse it would be irl.

Cop literally had his gun pointed trying to shoot the delayed reaction of the suspects shadow. Good job by cops though. They recognized the threat and their was no collateral damage.
