How it reads is that him and another driver who saw her hit him followed and had the police on the phone reporting her. They didnt go in her house, driveway or near her. They stayed on the public roads and she came from her house and aimed a gun at people on a public street.
Nope, cops defending him. Idc what he says he could've ran away, he didn't have to follow her home and shoot her..
if he had her license he didnt have to chase her, the cops would of got her themselves
she committed a hit and run, left the scene, went home and armed herself, then left the safety of her home (big mistake) and confronted the person she just committed a crime on.

she should have been thinking about her family and unborn child and stayed in her house until police came. she was probably still raging out and mad dude followed her.
none of this would have happened if she pulled over after the hit and run or stayed in the house and waited for police or her husband.

None of that matters because she went inside for the gun and came back out threatening their lives. They didn't knock on her door or attack her. They stayed on the road waiting for the police.
Following her may not have been the best move but it wasn't illegal. They were on the phone with the police and weren't told to fall back. The shooter isn't getting charged.
