This hypothetical happened in Boston and I think the guy in the ambulance died. So yeah, there's that.

That tactic of blocking major arteries of a city is counterproductive,and dangerous...someone will die one day in an ambulance that was rerouted and the organizers will face manslaughter charges and civil action.

Not to mention the inherent immorality and selfishness of thinking your right to protest means impeding other peoples right to travel and effectively hold them hostage
