These organizers are suspect to me anyway...why not take all that energy and block city hall or the state capital...where the real decision makers are..taking random motorists,buses,semi trailers is hostage actually counter productive.
it points to a mentality of irrationality,envy of people with cars and jobs,lack of foresight and recklessness ..when and if someone dies and youll see how quickly this goes bad.

And NO the protestors dont have to open a path..that would take too much time..the state patrol and the dispatch have the capacity to reroute it through the city BUT that adds extra time and puts even more people at risk because the ambulance has to cross dozens of red lights instead of just a handful

You're throwing out hypotheticals. Unintended consequences can come from doing anything.
Show me an example of an ambulance not being let through. That's the only case where I would argue protesters are responsible (and I mean those specific protesters refusing passage of the ambulance, not every single person at the protest).

Exactly. If an ambulance came the people would've parted like the Red Sea as would any decent peoples. Silly Drumpf stans trying to use the most extreme hypothetical to discredit the protest.
Thats what im telling you..there wont be any footage of the ambulance being blocked..they use a dynamic routeing system and get alternate routes they wont wait for the crowd to part..but those routes themselves will be clogged too because the freeway is closed and they have to go through loys of lights..this bullshyt costs TIME..and when seconds count it will turn into lives.
