There’s a lot of reasons. For one, A LOT of people are essentially locked out of the legitimate world from an early age, or at least extremely discouraged from it. Plus it’s easier.

This is why the NYC crime rate is low. Scamming,tax fraud and check fraud is so common place now. You have suburban nikkas scamming. And it’s better because black folk ain’t killing each other like the drug game. You have crips and bloods working together here in NYC scamming. You have regular degular folk in retail doing this. It’s crazy.
They’re not on camera for a Vice check. This is America breh. Everyone wants to be famous. this thread got me into reddit today and from there got me into finally going on the dark web. Found out theres a version of ***** there that they are calling fullchan or 8chan. And ***** is half chan.
Browsing through hidden wiki, hidden answers and any other random places learning what they think about cryptocurrencies. There's a lot of links to cards that's at ten percent the card value. And books for sale in bitcoin on "carding". I think that's the term they use. Western union transfers etc But I've largely ignored those things.
The mechanics of what they are trying to do with cryptocurrency is what's interesting to me. How they buy, mixing it. Its traceable in the block chains, wait time and charges, cashing out. Whole thing will guide my knowledge on making financial investments in crypto

vice is not paying this guy that much to be on camera. he prob just wanted to be on camera. vice is dirty too some of there people got arrested for selling drugs and forcring employees to traffic drugs. they got caught and spilled the beans.
This is what I don't get - you have banks like this current Wells Fargo scandal going on, where they intentionally defraud people out of millions by overselling and cross sellingbank products, (fake checking and savings account) setting up credit/debit card accounts with all those unauthorized fees and charges. Yet they get caught, but serve no jail time. Compared to that, this credit card scamming is just nickel and dime stuff. That's why I'm like, idk, not going to judge them. I wouldn't do it bc I get that stealing is stealing, and it's not right on either side, but these financial companies do more aggressive methods than this to take from people and have more of an impact on society.
