Man, the lessons you wish you learned early in life.
my parents told me the value of credit....of course I didn’t listen til late but it finally sunk. My parents didn’t own a house until their late 40s I’ve did it at 35, I’ll teach my child(ren) the same and hope they do it before 30...
a lot of black families didn’t understand credit and how to use it, thus why we see so many with terrible credit...or they ruined baby credit playing with utility bills or electronics.
hopefully, with this generation being more educated, we have smarter generations, financially moving forward

WHy can't you
He forgot to say he has a platinum Amex with an unlimited limit. Other cards if your utilization is more than 50% it can actually make your score go down.

Right. Cause I sholl didn't know none of that. I've only ever used money under the mattress or a debit card...just how I was raised.

There is no versus. You pay for things with the credit card and you pay the credit card with the debit/bank account.
