My credit is good, it's been other minorities playing games at the bank about loans and refinancing.
The system is eating their kids up now as well.

Been saying this. Before, nikkas would never get into certain jobs or certain neighborhoods because your black ass would get lynched. When they couldn't do that anymore, it became more opaque. Now its about making a particular salary, having a particular credit score, having a particular degree. Even if a handful of minorities meet the criteria, the wide majority of minorities in this country are broke as fukk, so MOST wont. Thus, its a good way to gatekeep and fulfill the objective that you want (no nikkas 
) without being seen as outwardly racist.

That's cool and all but there is a matter of enforcement that we always run into. When Wells Fargo was giving all those "ghetto loans" to black people despite their good credit scores the only reason they were exposed is because some white employees who were laid off from the company got mad and told on them. If it wasn't for that we likely wouldn't have heard about it for decades. On top of that nothing substantive was done to correct the predatory lending they engaged in with black folks, and you know the housing crisis of the early aughts and black homeownership plummets etc.
My point being on the surface these systems can appear to be an equalizer but you have to have a governing body willing to enforce it. Time and again this country decides it doesn't like to do that with black folks.
