On a serious note: This thread and some of the posts remind me of another thread where some posters said that times have changed from when being able to afford a SFH (Single-Family Home) was a realistic option, so you need to adjust your lifestyle.

I argued that there's only so many times you can adjust your spending and lifestyle until even the adjustments become unrealistic, but níggas kept saying I wasn't using logic.

Like, adjusting and dealing with the shíttiness of life enables corporations and landowners to keep seeing what they can get away with.

I'm reading this thread like " " because folks act like this isn't a very, very common occurrence for young folks. Hell i'm in my late 30s and my friends who were wishy washy about their careers or just had bad luck are all living similar situations.

Someone said shes broke and men are ignoring her. Nope: a TON of men are also broke and stay away from dating for that reason. There is actually a bit of society coming unglued but folks don't see it yet. Credit and hope used to get people by. Student loans getting nuked.
