You can work around misdemeanors, but them F's A felony will literally have a nikka turning right back to crime cause no jobs want fukk with em. But most states you can get your shyt sealed. I know Florida only lets you seal 1 charge, so if you got multiple felonies you fukked. Good thing ya boy had a few stacks on deck for a good lawyer, cause I had a few charges that started off a F's but got dropped down to M's. The F that stuck, I got that bytch sealed up

In Fl.....whatever you do...dont take a guilty plea to ANYTHING....I tok a guilty plea to a suspended license bout 8 years ago and got a fine.....got a DUI few years back tried to get sealed.....denied because in Florida if you plead guilty to anything...nothing can be sealed

Yea, man I'm in Florida. To be eligible for sealing you have to have adjudication withheld. If you are adjudicated guilty, that pretty much takes your rights for a lot of things. Just in general, when you going through a case, you always want to get a withhold of adjudication if possible. I still legally posses a firearm because I was never convicted of a Felony and adjudication was withheld even though I did time for the charge. The game is all fukked up, they tried to give ya boy 3 and 1/2 years with no withhold. I had to lawyer up on them nikkas and ended up getting like a year with a withhold and a year probation. Got my shyt sealed as soon as I was done with ho ass probation

Im in GA right now...trying to get a concealed...I got a felony charge but it was adjudication withheld in FL 4 years ago...Im crossing my fingers...you can open carry here in GA

Just graduated from College this past Spring. Unable to find a corporate job for now. Considering to go get a masters but trust a nikka is one foot in and one foot out. I pray for you'll going through it. My supplier just got caught with them thangz a week after graduation.

The streets is icey and slippery. I've been feeling like I'm bouta get knocked on some other shyt If I dont start a career fast. Idle time is demonic.
