WWE is strongly endorsing Japanese wrestling star KENTA ahead of his arrival at the Performance Center in Florida to join the NXT roster.

WWE wrestler/executive Triple H told WWE's website that he's "known about KENTA for years" and sought out KENTA to join the roster without having to be told about him.

"I was there when he had his tryout at the Performance Center and I met with him there. We’ve been working on this for a while. His training will start when he gets here," Hunter said. "The thing is, you can be a big star anyplace else in the world. That gets you in the door. What you do once you get here is a whole different ballgame. He’s no different than anybody else once he walks through the door of the Performance Center."

I for one think Triple H has all the reason to be skeptical about any future signings. :sas1:

I don't think there is anything wrong with what he said.

There is alot wrong..If a guy became a draw elsewhere, keep treating him like a star. Embellish him. Don't sidetrack with that gay ass "we'll see if has what it takes here". The thing about this era is that after the ignorance with Cena, they push who they want. It's all booking. Nothing is really legit. Sheamus isn't a real star..they just treat him like he is.

Nah they need to see if someone can prove it on the big stage that is WWE.

Some people can't handle the pressure, get hurt, get verklempt during promos, etc...

Whether you like it or I like it, this is the biggest wrestling company in the world.

I don't see a problem with that quote tbh.

All he has to do is prove his worth and you'll get pushed.

What do u think "prove your worth" means? Everyone here says Ziggler proves his worth by the week but he's a fukking joke and a consistent loser. His whole push came because AJ wanted revenge against John Cena Dec 2012 at TLC. Then he got injured and they shytted on him for Del Rio all the time.

Barrett proved his worth 4 years ago when he was drawing and carrying Raw on his back..still got buried under some chairs to safeguard Cena yet again. Same thing we expect to happen to Rusev soon.

So you're saying he should immediately come in and get pushed in front of 99% fans who have NO idea who he is? I don't even really know who this dude is myself.

He can't come in and get preferential treatment like he's been in the E before
