Do you think Shedeur Sanders is the only guy in the league with a lot of confidence or arrogance?

If the league was trying to “send a message” or “buck break” him for that…surely there are a hell of a lot of other guys in the NFL you would have heard of this happening to.

No?
These cats keep on swearing that Sanders is the only black man with confidence in the whole world :mjlol:

Why do yall keep saying Gabriel isn’t good he’s been elite for everywhere he’s been against way better competition than sheduer faced
The only thing I think Gabriel brings to the table at a good level is he seems to have a good football IQ. He's started a bunch of games which helps. At best, he won't embarrass you if you put him out there.

Other than that, he's small, he's got a weird delivery, don't think he can make all the pro throws, not a great arm. There's a reason he went in the 3rd round in a bad QB draft.

Is he better than Shedeur? Maybe, but that's not saying much.

well they did, they messed their own draft process up acting like that.

Shedeur should have went no less than 2nd or 3rd rd.

CC might be talking from experience cause his son was like a weaker, less famous and worse version of Sanders if the rumors are true.

But in any event, after Sanders proving to be next level c00ning, who really gives a fukk if you shyt on him. As long as you don’t shyt on his on field career, you’re fine in my book

Yes, he’s c00ning. A black man talking about “they taught him a lesson”, as if Shedeur is an uppity negro in need of a good beating by white people is c00ning. The white man next to him was even slightly taken back and had to ask him who is “they”.

There is disdain in his voice coming from a place of hate and jealousy. He is not speaking from the place of an elder gentleman trying to impart knowledge.

He is speaking from a place of a black wrangler or slaver who is happy that the white power structure in charge humbled a black man he doesn’t view as worthy of his position. Which is a place he has spoken from for decades.

The use of the term “c00ning is not up for your interpretation in the first place.

Taught a lesson is such a loaded term that people immediately go to racism, c00ning, or all types of other discriminatory accusations.

The so called "lesson" here is dont think you are owed anything. You cant go around disrespecting the entire league and think there wont be repercussions. Now is that a "lesson" or is that common fukking sense to anyone else who has ever applied and interviewed for a job.

That has nothing to do with racism. Its supposed to be common sense that you shouldnt disrespect the people you are depending on to offer you a job. Shadeur aint his dad, he isnt good enough for people to overlook off-putting characteristics.

The irony of saying this when sheduer was a 5th round pick lmao

Shedeur’s profile leading up to the draft and even now is bigger than anyone who was chosen. Deion’s profile is bigger than any NFL coach in the league.

If you understood the dynamics of you’re bringing up, buck breaking, specifically, you would know that it was an exercise in taking the biggest or strongest and humiliating him, in hopes of sending a message to everyone else.

And there have been plenty of black NFL players who were “sent a message” either privately or publicly.

You clearly think that there is no power or racial dynamic involved, despite c00n Carter saying “they taught him a lesson” and MAGA Boomer Esiason telling the world that owners told their management don’t draft him, so I don’t know what to tell you.

Johnny Manziel was a known trust fund baby, cocaine abuser and alcoholic that wore chains and hung out with rappers when he was drafted, but yet there was no finger wagging or effort to not see him succeed.

I’m sure that’s just a coincidence.

Johnny manziel had elite talent sheduer doesn’t it’s that simple. The league literally drafted a rapist in the second round because he was elite he only dropped one round for being a rapist

That's what I'm thinking as well, you can't cut your 3rd round pick in the first season. I have no idea why they drafted Shedeur after Gabriel.

I think the owner wanted Shedeur which trumps the GM.

Shedeur is basically the black Tim Tebow at worst, he's gonna sell a ton of jerseys, excite fans and sell tickets. He's a money maker and if he turns out to be good... well you got yourself a Franchise QB in the 5th rd for cheap.
