I actually like Chris Collinsworth, with other announcers (Joe Buck, Gruden) usually when something awesome happens involving a black player , usually the cac supremacy starts acting up and they don't give the player their due.

But I was watching that Odell Beckham catch, and he was like "That is the BEST catch I have seen in my life"

I don't mind when he is announcing.

I watched the replay. He was going on and on about Carson until Fitz put the stiff arm 3/4th of the way through the play.

I like Collinsworth and think he is the best color commentator in the business. He is a fan at heart so he is supposed to get excited when big plays happen.

When it comes to breaking down what's happening on a play, Troy Aikman & Kirk Herbstreit are way better. Colinsworth just has a unique voice.

I'll take Cris over either of those guys. He sees things most other guys miss.

But yea, a lot comes down to preference. Unless you like Phil Simms, which means you're just wrong.

it's funny b/c I think Herbstreit an dAikman see things alot of other guys miss, Todd Blackledge as well.

But I hear you, and yeah Phill Simms, being a former QB, doesn't seem to see much of what's happening.
