Dope cover, AV. Even if it's been used before, I still like the bleak effects added to it. "Ominous" is definitely the right word to describe it. When are you releasing this?

Those default Drop shadow/bevel effects need to go too. They are the number one signs of amateur photoshoppers.

And lighten up the backgroud pic a little.

edit: oh, and the parental advisory logo. A stock picture would look a lot better. No need for those dirty effects

Hate the text (looks stock w/ weak effects) and PA logo (looks like one of the common alts on PSD sites). Remove that or get the classic PA logo (it's classic b) and some better text make it blend in better and it's dope.
