Illmatic is overrated. It was written is my favorite Nas album. The rest after that is :camby: He has just as many misses than Em. I would argue Relapse is better than any album after It was written.

What u seem to like is the substance of his albums. I say Nas has a very boring discography outside of it was written.

And Em definitely has more songs that hit than nas.

wow! Okay I’m out Breh

In terms of misses, Nas has:
  1. Nastradamus
  2. Streets Disciple
  3. HHID
  4. Nasir
Eminem has:

  1. Encore
  2. Relapse
  3. Recovery
  4. MMLP2
  5. Revival
  6. Kamikaze
  7. Music to be murdered by
Double. But I'll let it ride.

I don't even consider HHID a miss. There are a lot of good songs on it, but the sequencing is where it falls apart. Also, "Where Y'all At" should be on the album, along with "The N" and the original version of "Hope."

Relapse, the last 2 have too many highs to be misses.

I wouldn't put Relapse and the latest album as misses but the only real misses Nas has is Nastradamus and Nasir. Nasir sounded like Kanye just laid beats over a bunch of acapellas.

That new Eminem album is trash. There's 3-4 good songs and that's it. Terrible beats and hooks.

Nastradamus
  1. Project Windows
  2. Last Words
  3. Family
Streets Disciple
  1. Nazareth Savage
  2. Just a Moment
  3. Reason
  4. Remember The Times
  5. War
  6. Thief's Theme
HHID
  1. Where Are They NOW
  2. Still Dreaming
  3. Can't Forget About You
Nasir
  1. Adam & Eve

I can’t lie I haven’t been interested in much Eminem related content in a while, but this was a really dope interview

It’s a privilege that we have people like Em still around to keep the culture alive:salute:

this, also streets disciple wouldn’t have been a miss if it was just a one disc 14 track album. same thing goes for The Blueprint 2

It actually is a good album and even people who don't like Em on this board have given it props. I can't defend trash like MMLP 2 or Revival but Relapse is pretty good.

:patrice::usure:

i dunno, fam. You gotta really be an Em fan to appreciate that album. prolly his least accessible.
