Sounds to me they are gonna slowly transition the failed RAW version of the division into its own brand/show.
Called this immediatley and I dont even disagree with the move....have them open the ocassional raw but seperate these dudes into their own set....it will also give guys who fit the build on NXT a next level to go to and not get washed. As long as the cruiserweight title is defended on cross brand PPVs its cool to me.

Straight up, summerslam, mania, rumble should look like this, every time:

WWE title match
Universal title match
Cruiserweight title match OR six man
Womans title match Raw
Womans title match SD
IC title match
US title match
Tag team title match
Rivalry blowoff match with stipulations (cage, i quit, etc)

Ah so they admit they don't know how to book them on RAW

Sounds about right. They are admitting that simply throwing 4-6 guys out there on a weekly basis wit no development other than 1.5 guys will make them connect with the crowd. NOPE

On one hand I'm really into it - Give them some decent writing and let them go full on 'Flippy shyt' :yeshrug:

On the other hand - I heard one of their old writers (Proabably Alex Greenfield) say that Vince finds financial solutions to creative problems. This could end up being another one of those.:patrice:

Wonder where these shows will be taped

I can see the cruiserweights being transitioned off raw and doing this show and nxt

The shows will be taped at the Smackdown venue.

Wait.... what's gonna happen to Talkin Smack?!

They're showing it after the Cruiserweight show.

WWE announces a new live weekly cruiserweight show, new slot for Talking Smack – Pro Wrestling Dot Net

Prowrestling.net has learned that Talking Smack will air immediately after the cruiserweight show on the WWE Network on Tuesdays. 205 Live will air live from the same venue where Smackdown Live is held.

Just make them nxt exclusive but I feel it's fukked up cause I see potential in some of the cruiserweights to do things outside of the division on RAW or Smackdown

Imagine AJ vs Cedric

Swann as US champ

If they do this tho add Sami and Neville to the CW division

The stoop with dat dope fanny padding
They gonna call it 205 live based on the 205 weight limit and try to tell us sin cara is under 205

And what fans are gonna stay for an hour of cruiserweight wrestling after smackdown at the live shows?

I'd rather them just tape it at full sail and air it after nxt on wednesdays rather than push talking smack back

:snoop:205 LIVE...gee I wonder

TRL wasn't live most of the time. :ld:

:lolbron:

But seriously if they record the show AFTER the 2 hours of Smackdown, the crowd might not have as much energy. Even worse, some of them might start leaving.

Now that I think about it they're still fukking up with this show. :beli: It should have been the hour before Smackdown started. No one watches the pre show anyway. Why not put actual wrestling in that hour?
