I'm mainly tired of these politicians that are bought out by corporate donors passing their bullshyt talking points to the 99%. Because most of the platform is from corporate donors and billionaires. You got a few good ones like the Paul's, Bernie Sanders, I'd say Warren, and Gabbard. However, most who get comfortable stay for the money and power NOT because of the people. Term limits are necessary.

You act as if any new group of politicians wouldn't get bought out too :skip:

do you really think the founding fathers envisioned "career politicians" for these jobs, when they created the government? fukk. NO. it straight up conjures up an image of a ruling class, the type of thing that they just fought off. at least thats my personal opinion

no way in hell i believe that was their vision. hell, washington stepped down after two terms because he felt that was what it should be like. get in, serve your country for a time, get out and let another citizen step up

That's why I support reading a politician's record and doing grassroots. I'm for a mixed-economy where everyone eats. The 1% SHOULD NOT control the majority.

They can be bought once in office also ya know :skip:

1% will always control the majority

Actually you would be surprised. The electoral college, votes restricted to landowning white males and representative republicanism were all ploys by the founding fathers to maintain a elitist class to guard the general welfare of the state and populace.

I'm for this, we got limits on executives we need them on these shytty legislatures too.
If they could pass a bill that mandated prepay in hand for the next year's budget that would be great as well
