paxos was and is literally allowed to operate as a trust company that deals in crypto (BUSD included) in new york. which is hardly a 'crypto-friendly' state as it is.

so, what are these threats of legal action all of a sudden? :jbhmm:

That's standard money laundering ops

just with crypto as a means, instead of gold, or phones, or clothes, or jewelry in Downtown LA, or Miami.

Most drugs guys in Mexico don't like crypto, people would rather have the cash smuggled direct to Mexico, but if the loads are picked up in Chicago it makes more sense to wire drug proceeds after a rinse, but it's a whole production.
