I would think you would wanna be consistent with the way you identify someone when writing a report like that

Paperwork is supposed to come from NYPD, not some one-horse town in Upstate.
NYC processes hundreds of these documents a day,probably. I think I've seen some authentic documents of this nature. I think once the person is named, it's redundant to keep repeating their title and last name on the same report.

I write reports for a living and I do the same thing. I’m not going to identify somebody as Mr. Cartagena in one sentence and then identify them as Joe in another sentence

Wether you use someone’s first name, last name or initials to identify them you wanna stick with one and use it throughout the report

Really read this paperwork, like read what Fat Joe said. If this is legitimate how in the world can he get out of this? That is absolute, 100% cooperating and informing. If he weasels his way out of this somehow I will be shocked, that shyt is clear and abundant af. Maybe hip hop won't care...but how can his street ties not care? Can't see it.

Cuban was signed to Terror Squad and was considered the next big thing after Off the Books dropped. But his album got shelved (Terror Squad had a deal with Atlantic, which was notorious at the time for signing rappers with huge advances and signing bonuses and then mishandling their projects abd ruining their careers. Apart from Cuban Link, Papoose and Saigon among others also fell victim to the Atlantic curse). Cuban and Joe fell out over that with Cuban alleging that Joe pocketed his advance money and was responsible for him getting shelved. There were also accusations that Joe stole money from Pun. Joes camp on the other hand spread rumors that Cuban Link was fukking Puns wife. Nobody really knows what happend, but Joe had somebody slash Cubans face and kicked him out of Terror Squad and the two have been beefing ever since.

Wrong order. Cuban felt like Joe was mishandling his projects, so he wanted out. Cuban got a new deal, paid the fee for Fat Joe let him go and they parted amicably. Some time later, they were at a club and Joe & his mans spot Cuban and one of the other ones who Joe had beef with. Joe and the other dude have words, start fighting 1-on-1, then someone stole Cuban, so it becomes a 2-on-2 and in that process, Cuban gets his face slashed by Joe's man.

The money stolen, sleepin with Pun wife and other ish all came after.
