he's not really doing that great of job of playmaking this year though. he's still running the offense fine and getting people open and he obviously opens up the court, but he's not some dude getting a ton of assists out there and his turnovers tonight almost cost them the game. the ones in the fourth were especially lazy.

That's because he gets hockey assists and his passes open up the floor to move the ball on for players to get open shots. He's doing a great job of playmaking this season. Sure he can sometimes give errant passes but in the grand scheme of things it doesn't mean a thing since the Warriors are on pace to having one of the greatest offensive seasons in history.
