It has come to our attention that maybe man buns need to CHILL. (Shames a black man rocking a white hair style, and praises white men rocking Black hair styles )

Guys, is this really what you want out of your hair? NO.
Some people have taken rather drastic measures against man buns, but like, THERE IS ANOTHER WAY.
And that way is man braids

Black men with braided styles are thugs.... but when white guys wear it, it is eccentric and the epitome of hipster/cool

Yea...i think it's because the majority of people associate dreads/braids on black men with rap music....

not to get off the topic...but i miss real R&B music from black men.....soul music

now it seems you got justin timberlake...robin thicke...and bruno mars taking over that....and even nick jonas and sam smith now too...

and even though i love their songs....and voices

it's just weird...seems like a coincidence...then it really doesn't...that you have only these men the majority of the time singing beautiful smooth music....

you have weeknd...but he's only one light-skin black man...

now a lot of non black people just connect music that's full of materialism....misogyny....and negativity with black men...in general

not generalizing or even saying all rap music is full of that....but it sure does seem what's popular is....and that leads to the mainstream...and all they see is black men....

I was thinking of the Beowulf movie and how the wife and the kings mistress were getting their hair braided in those big fat goddess braid. A lot of hipsters wear their hair like that. The only thing I can say is that whites are going to try to "decriminalize" braids . For instance if it gains widespread popularity a white guy can walk into a meeting with cornrows and whites will be like "Wow bob nice hair style! Wow so cultural!" . On the other hand a black man a few years ago walks into an office with braids and gets , "Um Jhon you need to change your hairstyle. Maybe you should get a haircut. It's a tad bit unprofessional"

It's the same way black people are looked at as lazy bums for smoking and selling weed but when whites smoke it or sell it they are seen as cool, laid back, or they need it for medical reasons.
